About SIAL Canada

SIAL is now the only event of its scale in Canada, with more than 850 national and international exhibitors from 50 countries hosting over 18,000 buyers from Canada, the U.S., and 60 other countries.

SIAL Canada is the only national trade show that offers a complete range of food products under one roof to meet customers’ expectations. Buyers and decision makers across the whole industry, from grocery, wholesale and specialty retail to foodservice and manufacturing, will converge to uncover the hottest trends, latest product launches and the industry’s vision for the future.

The 2017 SIAL Canada Show in Toronto had over 18,500 professional buyers from 67 countries. There were over 1000 exhibitors from 50 countries. The top 5 of the 60 plus countries and regions visiting SIAL include Canada, United States, Mexico, the European Union and China.
