Pitch Prep Program
If you have revenues of over one million, and could benefit from investment, the Pitch Prep program could be right for your business.
The Pitch Prep program supports Nova Scotia businesses looking to attract investment for the purpose of business growth, and increased export sales, by helping to prepare for an investment.
The program funds 75% of eligible project costs, to a maximum of $20,000 CAD, for projects that assist a business’s ability to prepare for a potential investor.
An eligible project could include:
Identifying and addressing gaps in investment readiness;
Preparing businesses to demonstrate how investment would support growth;
Supporting key activities that help a business become more prepared to seek, and accept, investment.
Projects must address the business investment readiness. Projects may also address the pitch presentation preparation, but only if investment readiness is also addressed.
Applications for the Pitch Prep program must be received no later than midnight (Atlantic Standard Time) on January 10, 2020.
How to apply:
1. Connect with a Regional Business Development Advisor to confirm eligibility and request an application form.
2. Identify a consultant and request a statement of work and proof of consultant expertise.
3. Submit complete application to your Regional Business Development Advisor.
