The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency and the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador, are currently seeking Atlantic Canadian companies to attend SIAL Canada 2019 in Toronto, Ontario from April 30 – May 2, 2019.

SIAL is now the only event of its scale in Canada, with more than 850 national and international exhibitors from 50 countries hosting over 18,000 buyers from Canada, the U.S., and 60 other countries. It is the only national trade show that offers a complete range of food products under one roof to meet customers’ expectations. Buyers and decision makers across the whole industry, from grocery, wholesale and specialty retail to foodservice and manufacturing, will converge to uncover the hottest trends, latest product launches and the industry’s vision for the future.

SIAL Canada 2018 in Montreal had over 18,500 professional buyers from 67 countries. There were over 1000 exhibitors from 50 countries. The top 5 of the 60 plus countries and regions visiting SIAL included Canada, United States, Mexico, the European Union and China.

SIAL Canada 2019 offers the following international buyers' programs that will be open to co-exhibitors:

U.S. HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM
SIAL Canada's U.S. Hosted Buyer Program, offered to all its exhibitors, is a unique platform for meeting American buyers and importers. Organized in collaboration with AFI and MAPAQ, this SIAL Canada-exclusive program aims to offer exceptional service to those who are looking to grow their business within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM (except USA)
Coordinated by SIAL, the Governments of Quebec, Ontario and Alberta, as well as Export Development Canada and COTA, this program gives the chance to all SIAL's exhibitors to meet with buyers and importers from all over the world.

CANADIAN HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM
Accessible to all SIAL exhibitors, the Canadian Hosted Buyer Program gives you the chance to meet one-on-one with members from Retail Council of Canada, various ethnic grocery buyers from western Canada and GFS.
