In partnership with Nava Marketing, NSBI will host an online workshop to help business leaders think through, in a systematic way, the challenges they face and how they can improvise, adapt and overcome.

This will include one hour of content delivery and 20 minutes per company of mentoring/coaching.

The session will be in three sections:

  1. Managing the stress of the current situation and what tangible actions you can take immediately to reduce the levels of stress all in your organization, including you as leader are experiencing
  2. What changes you should think about implementing today to help your organization survive
  3. How the landscape your business operates in will change over the next few months and years and actions you could take to help your business quickly re-orientate or pivot to not just survive but thrive.

Permjot is qualified in organizational stress management and has significant experience of helping companies through crisis periods.  While working in London he learned about crisis management during 9/11 with PwC and then was in a significant leadership role at a private transportation company during the terrorist incidents of July 2005 when the London transport network came to a complete halt.

He co-founded and operated a Fund Management business, Flight and Partners in the middle of the Financial crisis of 2008. This business specializes in buying and turning around distressed companies. Permjot is still a 25% shareholder in this business and acts as the Finance Director and Compliance Officer.
