As part of the Export Development Education Program, Nova Scotia Business Inc., in partnership with the Nova Scotia Association of Community Business Development Corporations (CBDC), is pleased to offer a Think Export Information Session in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The Export Development Education Program was developed to provide Nova Scotia companies with direct access to export education and resources throughout the province and to encourage companies – whether they are curious about exporting, new exporters, or looking to expand their business into new markets – to explore a plan to move forward.
About the Going Global Workshop – Intro to Global Supply Chain Management
This workshop will introduce you to the basics on how to develop a well-planned global supply chain management strategy.
- To streamline your company’s supply chain activities to enhance your competitiveness in international markets
- To identify the stages of a global supply chain, use standard global-trade terminology, and identify the main types of documentation used in international trade transactions
- To manage your production, inventory, deliveries and returns efficiently to meet international demands and to reduce your company’s risks
