ClearPicture Corporation, a global provider of cloud-based business breakthrough software, will receive a $500,000 repayable loan from Nova Scotia Business Inc. (NSBI) to support growth in Halifax.

ClearPicture"NSBI's assistance is a good jumping-off point to grow our sales team and enhance our marketing programs in order to increase sales," said Scott Murray, president and CEO, ClearPicture. "This loan provides the immediate assistance we need to scale our company on a growth trajectory."

The company's need to expand stems from the announcement of their most recent product. In January, ClearPicture launched Genesis, a unique and fully integrated, cloud-based software platform that enables companies to collect, analyze, correlate and develop action plans based on feedback from key stakeholders, including customers, employees, supply chain and management/company leaders. ClearPicture's client base includes global organizations, many of which are Fortune 500 companies such as IMP Group, IBM and Sony.

"ClearPicture is an innovative software company based out of Nova Scotia focused on an export product," said Mike Queripel, director, business financing, NSBI. "We work with companies, like ClearPicture, that are positioned for growth and we structure a financing package that is tailored to their specific needs."

NSBI is prepared to ensure the company's growth happens in Nova Scotia. Under the terms of the agreement, ClearPicture will receive a $500,000, secured and interest-bearing loan, repayable over a four-year period.
