Research Incentives

  • Nova Scotia offers Research and Development (R&D) tax credits that favourably impact your bottom line. Depending on the size and nature of the business, Federal Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credits can be either 20% or 35% of the eligible expenditures.
  • Nova Scotia provides an additional 15% R&D tax credit for eligible candidates.
