WearWell Garments invested in a more efficient manufacturing process. Through this process, WearWell worked with NSBI to determine how the agency could assist in its growth. The agency's payroll rebate program is supporting WearWell’s efforts in maintaining its current employees and focusing on its operations as it improves its business model straight away.
In addition to retaining and creating jobs, Wear Well plans to implement a lean manufacturing program and automate three lines at its facility in Stellarton.
