WearWell Garments invested in a more efficient manufacturing process. Through this process, WearWell worked with NSBI where they both agreed on a payroll rebate. The payroll rebate will support WearWell’s efforts in maintaining its current employees and focus on its operations as it improves its business model straight away.
The company will not only be working to retain its 85 employees, but it has also plans to create up to 20 new jobs over the next five years. And that’s not all. In addition to retaining and creating jobs, Wear Well plans to implement a lean manufacturing program and automate three lines at its facility in Stellarton.
