NSBI Venture Capital uses the following investment criteria to determine a company's eligibility for equity financing:

  • Strong management
  • Large international market with long-term growth potential
  • Strong position in its market
  • Clearly defined, realistic business plan
  • Revenue traction
  • Investment by owners
  • Well-defined exit strategy
  • Syndicate partners
