Mike McMurray, Trade Development Manager – Mike brings a wealth of experience from his prior role as Manager, Market Strategy and Research of Nova Scotia Business Inc.’s investment attraction team. As the Manager of Trade Development, Mike oversees the team – not an easy feat for a department that travels around the globe.
As an Acadia graduate armed with an MBA from the University of Victoria, Mike enjoys the strategy behind his job. Whether he is planning for the year, chairing meetings, or guiding and motivating the team, Mike is always looking for new trade opportunities for Nova Scotia companies.
Outside of work, Mike is the Chair of the Danny Gallivan Golf Tournament for Cystic Fibrosis and is a member of the Board of Directors and the Chair of the Marketing Communications Committee of the Information Technology Industry Alliance of Nova Scotia (ITANS).
