Nova Scotia Business Inc., the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, EduNova and other provincial trade partners have joined forces to provide a new opportunity to assist you in doing business in the Caribbean. A Nova Scotia-Caribbean liaison program was created to support ongoing and planned initiatives in the Caribbean region.
The program consists of a Nova Scotia-Caribbean liaison officer with the responsibility of enhancing the information flow between the regions. The officer, sharing his/her time between Nova Scotia and the Caribbean, will also ensure that Nova Scotia companies and consultants are made aware of opportunities in a timely manner.
The liaison program provides four core services to Nova Scotia companies including:
- Business matchmaking
- After-care / follow-up from a specific project/initiative
- Project/Opportunity identification
- Partner Identification
The program will run until March 31, 2010.
Company applications will be accepted until February 16, 2010.
